Orders are prepared before carrier handoff, and the timing below separates warehouse processing from transit.
Processing and transit
Normal order processing takes approximately 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery or carrier transit after dispatch is 3–5 business days. These estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by weekends, holidays, weather, carrier interruptions, high volume, or an address review.
Rates, addresses, and tracking
Free shipping applies only when checkout displays it. Customers must provide an accurate delivery address, email, and phone number. Tracking updates are supplied when available, but the first scan may take time.
Delivery problems and limits
For delay, loss, a delivered scan without receipt, damage, or missing contents, contact us with the order number, checkout email, tracking number, and useful photographs or video. Carrier investigations can take additional time. Some products, services, addresses, or regions may be unavailable; an order that cannot be shipped safely or lawfully may be cancelled and refunded.
